Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, personalized items, or digital downloads.

This includes:

  • Custom signage

  • Seating charts

  • Place cards

  • Invitations

  • Personalized prints

  • Digital products and templates

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order.

Order Approvals

For custom orders, digital proofs may be provided before production. Once a proof has been approved, The Looped Co. is not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors approved by the customer

  • Incorrect names, dates, or event details submitted by the customer

  • Changes requested after approval

Additional revisions or reprints may require additional fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at loopedcoinquiries@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

If the issue is determined to be due to our error or damage during shipping, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production or design work has already begun.

Custom orders canceled after work has started may be subject to partial cancellation fees to cover time and materials already invested.

Shipping Delays

The Looped Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. We recommend placing wedding and event orders well in advance of your event date.
