Online Store Terms

Products & Services

The Looped Co. offers custom and made-to-order products, including but not limited to:

  • Hand-lettered signage

  • Seating charts

  • Place cards

  • Invitations

  • Digital products and templates

  • Personalized artwork

Because many of our products are handmade and customized, slight variations in color, lettering, sizing, and appearance may occur.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.

Custom Orders & Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, spelling, dates, names, and event details before approving production.

Once a proof has been approved:

  • The Looped Co. is not responsible for customer-approved errors

  • Additional revisions or reprints may require additional fees

  • Production timelines begin after final approval

Guest lists and custom information should be submitted in finalized form whenever possible.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

The Looped Co. is not responsible for delays caused by

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather

  • Supply shortages

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Delayed approvals or communication

Customers are encouraged to place wedding and event orders well in advance.

Digital Products

Digital products are for personal use only and may not be:

  • Resold

  • Redistributed

  • Shared publicly

  • Used commercially without written permission

All digital product sales are final.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, lettering, templates, photographs, logos, and content on this website are the property of The Looped Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

We reserve the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before production begins.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Looped Co. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delays outside of our control

  • Customer-submitted errors

  • Losses related to event timing or third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

Third-Party Services

This website may use third-party services including payment processors, shipping providers, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party providers.

Changes to These Terms
